Kate joined TFT from Braveheart Ventures where she was responsible for the evaluation and development of investment opportunities, focusing on financial diligence. A Chartered Certified Accountant, she trained with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, qualifying in 2001 and continued in professional practice until joining Braveheart in 2004. Prior to embarking on her professional training Kate held a number of different accounting roles in a variety of industries including manufacturing, wholesale and leisure. |
Richard Nelson - Director of Development Operations |

Richard Nelson joined TFT in 2008 as Director of Development Operations. Previously he held clinical research and sales posts in the orthopaedic industry with Zimmer and Corin. He has a B.Eng in Mechanical engineering and a M.Sc in bioengineering from Strathclyde University, Glasgow. |
Katie Whyte - Marketing Coordinator/PA |

Katie is the Marketing Coordinator and Personal Assistant to the CEO, David Lawrence. She joined the company in February after working in retail whilst studying at Strathclyde University, Glasgow. Katie achieved a 2:1 Joint Honors Degree in Human Resource Management and Marketing. The role includes many duties such as conference organization, website design and liaising with distributors. |

Rudy Mounia is a highly experienced commercial professional having spent much of his sales and marketing career with Impra and Bard. Rudy has been responsible for product launches of Access Grafts (Venaflo, Vectra) as well as the management and marketing of peripheral bypass grafts (Carboflo, Distaflo). Rudy has also published several papers on Vascular Access. |
